How do I request my data?

How do I delete my data?

Email us requesting deletion. We confirm, then erase your records within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained.

Billing & refunds

Where do I manage subscriptions?

iOS: open the App Store app → tap your avatar → Subscriptions. Apple manages all billing; refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Technical issues

The app crashes on launch.

Force-quit, then reopen. If it still crashes: reinstall. If it still crashes, email us with your device model, iOS version and the exact error message.
